The Australian Poetry Slam Champion Zohab returned to the house he grew up in Yenda. Growing up in a regional community, Poet Zohab discusses “calling small town Yenda my home as boy helped me to build word playgrounds in my imagination, Yenda has so much to do with why I write poetry.”

Known in his retirement village as Elvis, you often see Gavin driving around Wagga in his red Chevrolet. Gavin takes his car to the annual Elvis Festival in Parkes, consistently winning prizes and awards for the best Elvis car on show.
